The color payoff earned high marks in our testing. We then checked both the tissue and the lips to see how much color transferred and how the finish changed after contact.

The lipstick also performed well in terms of long-lasting wear. During our testing, matte lipsticks generally resisted fading, and this one held its own among them.
After blotting with a tissue, a small amount of color was transferred, mainly from the upper lip. Even so, the transfer was minimal on both the first and second press. Most of the color stayed on the lips, with little visible change from the initial application.
