This is because eyeliner could migrate into your eyes, which could cause irritation, especially for those who have sensitive skin or wear contacts. When Does Eyeliner Expire?
The countdown of makeup’s shelf life begins on the day you first use it. You can also refer to the suggested expiry date printed on the packaging.
