Dr. Randy Galutan

Dr. Randy Manuel Galutan is a man of many accomplishments. To start off, he is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Philippine Veterinary Medical Association, and Singapore Veterinary Association. He is also the 2021 President of Beterinaryo SG (PVMA in Singapore). Furthermore, he is the Department Head of Animal Recovery Veterinary Centre (Singapore), a member of the Petspace group. His endeavors do not stop there - Dr. Galutan is also the co-founder of Annapolis Veterinary Care Center in San Juan City and PAR Veterinary Clinic in Isabela, Philippines. Dr. Galutan has received prestigious honors, such as 2020 Outstanding Citizen of San Mateo, and he was also a nominee as a 2021 PVMA Outstanding Veterinarian.
