Aesop Eleos Aromatique Hand Balm is a solid choice for those who want a refreshing herbal scent without a heavy or greasy finish. While some fragrance-free hand creams we tested felt plain, this one stood out. Testers said the scent “lifts the mood,” making it enjoyable to use.
